For many years Agnes has been developing the recipe for this sauce for friends and family. These Sauces of Hope will fund a foundation to feed and care for orphaned African children whose parents have died from AIDs - every bottle sold provides 1 meal a day for a child in Africa. Agnes Mannah, a single mother of three in South London, began making sauces for her family some 20 years ago. Creating recipes by combining unique African herbs and spices, she produced sauces that have an exquisite taste and distinct aroma that appeals to both the African and Western palates.
